West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation invites Sealed Bid in two separate sealed envelopes comprising –

1)Technical Bid along with the Bid Security ,Bidder’s details (Company Profile, Promoters’ particulars), Detailed Project Report, last 3 years Annual Accounts/Annual Report( as applicable)/ Appraisal Report of the proposed Project (in case of Bidder who has incorporated new company) and

2) Financial Bid from the prospective entrepreneur/company/consortium interested to set-up an industrial units for allotment of industrial plots available at different Industrial Growth Centres developed by WBIIDC at Kalyani (Phase-III) ( Dist- Nadia) Cooch Behar, ( Dist-Cooch Behar) Malda –Phase-I, ( Dist-Malda) Falta (Phase-I & II) (Dist- South 24 Paraganas) Bishnupur(Dist- Bankura), Dabgram (Dist-Jalpaiguri),Raninagar(Dist- Jalpaiguri), Kharagpur ( PashimMedinipur).
